Several years ago I wanted to start a percussion based project. I talked to a drummer friend of mine and got four drummers over to my studio- Jeremy Sever, Dan Weber, Jeff Rodgers & Jeff Venturo, for several recording sessions. We started recording basic percussion tracks and then I built the songs up from there. Along the way we picked up a didgeridoo player- Steve Hodovance an upright bassist- James Whiton, additional percussionists- Susanna Meyer & Fanovitch, vocalist- Ricardo Acevedo, vocalist- Becky Thatcher and vocalist- Melene Marie Brown. Also adding their own completed tracks were Om Bili Troupe. This CD is a kind of compilation/ world beat concept album and should be out in the near future.
